Role OverviewThe Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the community grounds of the assigned property in an attractive condition. The Porter will be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies at all times.
What You Will Do
The Porter may be required to water plants, mow lawns, trim shrubs, fertilize and rake lawns, tend to flowers, and spray insecticides. They may also be required to paint exterior buildings, pick up litter/trash, clean and maintain exterior light fixtures, and install and maintain fences and gates.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior experience preferred
- Government issued state ID or valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
