Job Description
The Morgan Group is seeking a Porter to join their team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property, including grounds, common areas, and resident units. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Porter will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the property is well-maintained and that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and insurance (if driving for business purposes)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear personal protective gear
