Porter

The Porter will be responsible for maintaining all grounds, including sidewalks, public walkways, and building exteriors, in a neat, clean, and attractive condition.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of a Porter include providing cleaning services for business offices, apartments, interior and exterior public and common areas, and amenities. They will also provide floor care services, compact and remove trash and debris, maintain all grounds, and perform basic maintenance related work requests.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Able to safely use basic maintenance and landscape related hand tools and light power tools.
