What You Will Do
Provide cleaning services, floor care, compact and remove trash, maintain grounds, perform basic maintenance related work requests, mow lawn, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers.

Requirements
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
- Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
- Able to safely use basic maintenance and landscape related hand tools and light power tools.
- Must be able to understand English well enough to read and comply with safety instructions.
