Porter

The Porter will perform a variety of building maintenance and cleaning tasks, including assisting the Superintendent with building repairs when needed. The Porter will be a visible staff member of RiseBoro Community Partnership and must conduct themselves in a professional manner and exhibit a professional appearance.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping all floors daily, spray buffing floors weekly, stripping and waxing floors as necessary, cleaning bathrooms and laundry rooms daily, shoveling snow and sanding as needed, and maintaining the parking lot and grounds.
