What You Will Do
The Porter / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining grounds, assisting the maintenance department, cleaning and picking up trash, and maintaining pool facilities.

Requirements
- Must be able to pass background & drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must speak and write English.
- Must have physical strength to move dumpsters 3 times a week with little to no assistance.
- Must have swimming pool maintenance experience
