Role OverviewThe Porter is primarily responsible for the overall appearance of the community, ensuring cleanliness of public areas, providing excellent customer service, and understanding the critical role in the property's reputation.
What You Will Do
Demonstrate excellent customer service, remove trash and debris, sweep and clean pool and spa areas, clean common areas daily, and assist with annual unit turnover.

A self-motivated individual with a high level of integrity and professionalism, able to work in a team environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- One or more years of experience in housekeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours (with breaks) in all environments
