Role OverviewSomerset Pacific Property Management is seeking a motivated Portfolio Leasing Specialist to support leasing efforts across three affordable housing (LIHTC) communities in the Baton Rouge area. This role is focused on keeping our communities leased, working alongside established teams, and maintaining strong occupancy across the portfolio.
What You Will Do
You'll work on marketing available apartments, building relationships with prospective residents, and maintaining a strong leasing pipeline. You'll also respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, and educate applicants on LIHTC income qualifications and affordable housing requirements.

Requirements
- Previous apartment leasing or sales experience
- LIHTC or affordable housing experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple communities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
