Role Overview

As a Portfolio Manager in the ADC Design Engineering organization, you will operate as a cross-functional role spanning all project phases and non-project work streams. You will partner with Project Managers, Design Engineers, and leadership to maintain portfolio-level situational awareness and interface with adjacent teams (Construction, Commissioning, Program Management) for cross-phase coordination.

You will be responsible for maintaining visibility across a portfolio of multi-million dollar data center design projects, building reporting frameworks, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions quickly. You will also track project health, team performance, and resource allocation, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience, or PMP certificate
  • 1+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
