Role OverviewThe Portfolio Manager manages all aspects of Commercial Portfolio management for assigned portfolio loans and collaborates with the Lender and Commercial Loan Administrator (CLA) to maintain high quality credit administration and risk management.
What You Will Do
Manages loans, renewals, extensions, and documentation; monitors financial performance, covenants, construction projects, borrowing availability, and portfolio risk ratings; prepares Watched Asset Reports and quarterly reporting.
