Role OverviewThe Portfolio Manager will oversee multiple sites within the portfolio, largely based Central and Western, MA area. The portfolio consists mostly of subsidized housing. The Portfolio Manager will provide strong leadership and supervision for a portfolio of 10 to 15 scattered properties managed by Property Managers or other on-site staff.
What You Will Do
Duties include but are not limited to: overseeing all aspects of property performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction, preparing and managing property budgets, assisting Director of Portfolio Operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key operation statistics, supervising, training, and supporting property managers and on-site teams.

Requirements

- COS or CPO certification required
