Role OverviewThe Portfolio & Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is accountable for the development and leadership of the Project Management Office and the establishment of project management standards at Hennepin Healthcare.

Leads the Project Management team to define, communicate, and enforce project management processes and capacity planning to deliver exceptional value to the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, (MIS) or a related field of study
- Seven (7) years of comprehensive professional level experience
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably with direct reports
- Five (5) years of demonstrated success in project management, operations planning, and/or process improvement
- Experience in Project and Portfolio management
- Certification/License Required: Certified Project Management Professional, or obtain within 1 year
