Requirements
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Personal Integrity with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proactive & Responsive Communicator able to navigate challenging issues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to set appropriate priorities and pivot as needed
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and property management software
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
