Portfolio Service Manager

We're seeking a Portfolio Service Manager to lead a maintenance team, oversee turnkey operations, and ensure that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems, managing quality of maintenance services, and completing grounds work. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in building and facility maintenance, with some supervisory experience.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, preparing schedules, coordinating work orders, and training team members. You will also be responsible for ensuring that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner, recording such activities to maintain data. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, manage quality of maintenance services, and complete grounds work.

Requirements

• Completion of high school/GED or specialized vocational training
• At least three years' experience in building and facility maintenance
• Some supervisory experience
• Licensing and trade certification in HVAC, Electrical Wiring, or Plumbing (desired)
• Ability to read and write in English at an intermediate level
• Ability to do basic math for measuring, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and adhere to strict deadlines
• High level of integrity to handle confidential resident information
