Portfolio Solutions Specialist

The Portfolio Solutions Specialist supports the onboarding, ongoing management, and portfolio monitoring of highly complex delegated authority facilities and MGA relationships across North America. This role requires strong project management and organizational capabilities, with responsibility for coordinating cross-functional activities across Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Claims, Reinsurance, and external MGA partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial insurance and underwriting fundamentals, delegated authority structures, and risk management, combined with the ability to drive complex initiatives forward through stakeholders who may not directly report to them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably involving delegated authority, programs, MGAs, underwriting operations, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of commercial underwriting fundamentals, risk assessment, and risk mitigation concepts.
• Demonstrated project management experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to drive action, follow up, challenge appropriately, and escalate when necessary.
• Experience with portfolio monitoring, performance reporting, and identifying emerging risks or issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements continue to evolve.

• Annualized base pay range for this role is $78,909 - $119,255 for O’Fallon MO and $87,545 - $132,236 for Chicago, IL or Alpharetta, GA
