Role Overview

As an experienced QA Engineer, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes across POS applications, payment gateways, APIs, and backend services. The role focuses on designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, developing automation solutions, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You Will Do

Perform end-to-end testing of POS and payment systems, validating workflows across frontend applications, APIs, and backend services. Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on POS and payment systems testing
  • Proven experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple systems, including POS platforms, APIs, and backend services
  • Hands-on expertise in API testing using Postman, including collections, scripting, automation, and test validation
  • Strong experience using Splunk and Datadog for log analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, and dashboard creation
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and modern development tools such as Docker, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Android Studio, Xcode, IntelliJ, and VS Code
  • Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and detailed test documentation aligned with business requirements
