Job Description
We're seeking a Positive Support Analyst to provide exceptional assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with populations of mental health and cognitive impairments, and must be able to develop and implement programs and services to remediate behavioral and social problems.

Requirements

  • Behavior reduction/elimination strategies that promote least restrictive approved alternatives
  • Data collection, tracking and reporting
  • Ethical considerations related to behavioral services
  • Functional assessment; measurement of behavior and interpretation of data
  • Identifying desired outcomes and selecting intervention strategies to achieve desired outcomes
  • Training of frontline employees and supervisors
  • Support plan monitoring and revisions
  • Performing onsite assessments of clients in programs all over the state of Minnesota
  • Conducting trainings and professional development for operation employees at all levels
