The Post-Harvest Specialist is a full-time non-exempt position responsible for overseeing and executing post-harvest operations including cannabis buck down, curing, sorting, trimming, and related processes.

Requirements

  • Execute post-harvest tasks including buck down, curing, sorting, and trimming
  • Maintain product quality and consistency during handling
  • Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines
  • Accurately complete required documentation and tracking
  • Assist team members and leads with daily tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
