The Post-Harvest Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing post-harvest operations, maintaining product quality, and following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Execute post-harvest tasks including buck down, curing, sorting, and trimming
  • Maintain product quality and consistency during handling
  • Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines
  • Accurately complete required documentation and tracking
  • Assist team members and leads with daily tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass a background check in compliance with state regulations
  • Must have reliable transportation
