Role OverviewAs a Post Production Technician, you will prepare and finish manufactured parts to meet customer and quality specifications. You will work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What You Will Do
You will learn and perform a range of tasks, including deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts, tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware, and performing quality checks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings
- Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
