Job Description
The Post Room Bartender is responsible for delivering a refined, engaging bar experience at Beacon Grand, a luxury hotel in San Francisco. This role combines classic bartending craft with elevated service for guests and events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in an upscale or luxury hotel/restaurant bar
  • Extensive classic and contemporary cocktail knowledge
  • Current alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state equivalent)
  • Proven cash-handling/POS experience
  • Strong guest service and upselling skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
