Job Description
The Van Andel Institute is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for the Huilin Li Laboratory in the Department of Structural Biology. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing research in eukaryotic DNA replication and repair or protein homeostasis, including protein glycosylation and trafficking.

Requirements

  • Recent Ph.D. in biochemistry, biophysics, structural biology, or a related field, with a strong publication record
  • Prior postdoctoral experience may be considered for a Research Scientist position
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and independently manage research projects
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on, with strong critical thinking skills for experimental design and problem solving
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a positive lab environment
