Role OverviewThe laboratory is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Postdoctoral fellow to perform NIH-funded R01 award. The primary focus of the lab is exploring the mechanism of the molecular and cellular events that lead to vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease.
What You Will Do
Designs experiments, performs data analysis, conducts nephrectomy surgery, works on high throughput data analysis, conducts molecular assays, works on primary cell isolation, collects and analyzes experimental results, and performs other job-related duties.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Has a strong background in molecular biology, genomics, and bioinformatics is desired. Background in cardiovascular and/or kidney diseases is a plus. Has first-author publications.
