Role OverviewThis position supports production by placing finishing panels and accurately pouring and finishing concrete in molds. You will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure quality, consistency, and safety while meeting production requirements.
What You Will Do
Deposit concrete into molds for production in accordance with job specifications, spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment, apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels, monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms, and assist with general production tasks and cleanup to support safe and efficient operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous concrete experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to safety, reliability, good attendance, and a positive attitude
- Ability to use basic tools and apply basic math skills, including reading a tape measure and performing basic calculations
