Role OverviewPrepare components for powder coat application, including loading, washing, applying, curing, and unloading components. Hand abrasive blasting may be required. The job requires working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating work with other team members, and communicating effectively with others.
What You Will Do
Load and unload parts or product onto fixtures, prepare parts for coating, operate all coating equipment, observe machine gauges, and determine material flow and coating quality.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment, be able to safely use small hand and power tools, and have basic computer skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- 1-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years' experience working as a painter or powder coat operator
