Role OverviewAs a Powder Haul Driver at Ernst Concrete, you will be responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering materials required to produce ready-mix concrete and other materials. You will work in a collaborative team environment, prioritizing safety and adhering to company policies.
What You Will Do
Your daily responsibilities will include performing pre- and post-trip truck inspections, consulting with the load master, and transporting materials to designated plants in a safe manner. You will also be responsible for submitting bills of lading, cleaning the truck, and performing other duties as requested.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid State-Issued Class A Commercial Driver License
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check, MVR overview, physical/DOT and drug/alcohol testing
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Proficient basic math skills
- Proven safe driving record
- No unexplained gaps in employment
