Role OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, secure, and operationalize enterprise analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Azure Synapse Analytics.
What You Will Do
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic/tabular models using star-schema architecture, develop advanced DAX measures, KPIs, calculations, and reusable reporting logic.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics
- At least 3 years of enterprise-level Power BI development experience
- Expert-level DAX and strong Power Query/M skills
- Strong experience with tabular/semantic modeling and SQL
- Experience implementing RLS, OLS, workspace governance, and secure data sharing
- Experience working in highly regulated environments involving CJIS and/or HIPAA requirements
- Experience with Power BI Deployment Pipelines, Azure DevOps, and DEV/PROD environment promotion
- Strong understanding of Power BI Premium capacities and licensing
