Role OverviewAs a Power Delivery Project Engineer at HDR, you'll lead electric utility projects across Hawaii, supporting a more resilient and sustainable energy future. You'll own projects end-to-end, work directly with clients and utilities, and help solve the unique challenges of islanded power systems.
What You Will Do
Lead delivery of electric utility projects, guiding overhead and underground design from planning through construction, manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, serve as the primary liaison with utilities, clients, and regulatory agencies, and drive technical quality through QA/QC and adherence to standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis
- Previous experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems)
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- Strong computer skills using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI and Easy Power
