Role OverviewJoin HDR's Montana Power Delivery team as a Senior Project Manager. You will work with a multi-disciplined team to support power and energy projects, maintaining client relationships, developing strategies, and leading project teams to successful completion. The ideal candidate has experience with high voltage substation and transmission line systems, and proven ability to plan, schedule, and lead complex design and consulting assignments.
What You Will Do
Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams, produce and coordinate several projects concurrently, establish and maintain client relations, and track financial aspects of projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum 5 years project management experience
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- MS Office and MS Project experience
- Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
