Role OverviewJoin HDR's Montana Power Delivery team as a Senior Project Manager, working with a multi-disciplined team to support power and energy projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with high voltage substation and transmission line systems, as well as proven ability to plan, schedule, and lead complex design and consulting assignments.
What You Will Do
Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams, establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Conduct work sessions for deliverable development, coordinate staffing and workload, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum 5 years project management experience
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- MS Office and MS Project experience
- Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
