Role OverviewThe Power Generation Cyber Security Analyst ensures the integrity and availability of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) throughout the Power Generation fleet. The role involves developing and implementing secure ICS architectures to enable effective cyber security controls, monitoring capabilities, and operational reliability.
What You Will Do
The analyst will design and implement changes to the Power Generation ICS landscapes, ensuring cyber security from field devices to the Control Room. They will evaluate new and emerging technology associated with ICS deployments for security flaws and develop risk-informed mitigations.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles and organizational requirements

- Skill in applying and incorporating technologies into proposed solutions
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, Dynamic Host Configuration, Domain Name System (DNS), and directory services
- Working knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses
- Working knowledge of laws, policies, procedures, or governance relevant to cybersecurity for critical infrastructures
- Skill in using virtual machines
- Skill in identifying and anticipating system/server performance, availability, capacity, or configuration problems
