Job Description
Provides engineering support for inverter-based resources, performs reliability power system studies, and coordinates with internal teams. Reviews submissions of technical data and works with market participants to understand requirements. Supports development of processes and procedures related to VRT and FRT maximization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Level 1 Engineer: No minimum work experience required in excess of degree requirements
  • Experience performing reliability power system studies
  • Background in renewable generation resources
  • Experience analyzing voltage levels and relay or protection settings
  • Experience with Python, PowerWorld, PSSE, or PSCAD
  • Good communication skills
