Role OverviewThe Practice Associate III is an experienced professional with comprehensive knowledge of scheduling processes and practice operations support. They will support ColumbiaDoctors, one of the largest multi-specialty practices in the Northeast, and be part of a team that delivers an exceptional patient experience.
What You Will Do
Greet patients and visitors, answer patient telephone calls, review schedules, organize surgical and procedure requests, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support to physicians and Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience

- Proficiency or understanding of surgical/procedural scheduling processes
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) or similar software
