Role OverviewThe Practice Associate IV – Specialty Coordination (Oncology) is an experienced professional with exceptional medical practice support skills. The role uses initiative in completing assignments independently and with minimal supervision. The Practice Associate IV – SC, supervises completion of coordinated care needs and addresses escalated issues and unfamiliar situations and mentors the Practice Associate II-III roles.
What You Will Do
Greet patients and visitors, review daily and weekly schedules, obtain registration and intake information, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage inventory of kits. Serve as liaison with other locations, departments, and specialties to ensure care coordination needs are completed.
