Role Overview

The Practice Associate IV is an experienced professional with exceptional medical practice support skills. The role uses initiative in completing assignments independently and with minimal supervision. The Practice Associate IV serves as the primary administrative support for 1 or more providers and ensures an efficient daily provider workflow and a positive patient experience related to appointments, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative requests.

What You Will Do

Greet patients and visitors, answer patient telephone calls, review daily and weekly schedules, obtain registration and intake information, schedule follow-up appointments, collect payments, and provide general administrative support to physicians and manager.

Requirements
