Job Description
Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Coordinator to oversee administrative responsibilities for the Sound site practice, with a focus on contributing to improved workflow processes, communications, and standards, as well as onsite initiatives for operational, financial, and clinical performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
  • 1-2 years in customer service
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (i.e. Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Knowledge of HR information systems and basic HR knowledge
