Job Description
The Practice Finance & Operations Manager will support and strengthen the financial and operational infrastructure of the Milliman Advanced Risk Adjusters™ (MARA) software product business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, business operations, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience supporting a consulting practice or department through budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, or operational analysis activities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Power BI, reporting tools, or financial systems
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow effectiveness
