The Practice Lead will set daily operational and patient priorities, evaluate work flow, and assign tasks. They will also orient and train new and current staff on office protocols and job responsibilities. They will promote positive customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and update the supervisor/administrator on significant activities.

Requirements
- High School Equivalent / GED
- 3+ years experience in related area of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow-up
- Computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet knowledge
- Understanding of third-party reimbursement requirements
- CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge
