Role OverviewThe Miami, FL office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale.
What You Will Do
Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies, oversee client rate increases, enforce firm minimum rates, support re-opening rate protocols, conduct rate analyses, and maintain accurate rate data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or finance/rate related role
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
