Role OverviewThe Fort Lauderdale, FL office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale.
What You Will Do
Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies, oversee client rate increases, enforce firm minimum rates, conduct rate analyses, and maintain accurate rate data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or finance/rate related role
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
