Job Description
Assists the Director and Coordinators of the Thompson Rehabilitation Services in all phases of department activities, including leadership and coordination of operations, day to day operations, and quality improvement. Provides supervisory back-up for all locations and establishes working relationships with external customers.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance benefits, ICD-10/CPT coding, and registration process
  • Leadership qualities in a rapidly changing healthcare environment
  • Supervisory/management skills, basic financial analysis skills and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge in Microsoft products
  • Experience with multiple telephone lines, excellent communication skills and quality customer relation skills
