Role OverviewThe Practice Manager I, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of one or more medical practices, typically consisting of fewer than five physicians and generating less than $2.5 million in annual charges.
What You Will Do
The position is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the practice, including monitoring clinical and financial metrics, staffing and scheduling, patient access and flow, revenue cycle activities, billing and collections, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent management/work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business management, with strong financial and systems background, and strong marketing experience
- BLS completed prior to going to the unit/department and maintained going forward
