Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced, highly organized Practice Manager to oversee daily operations for a high-volume plastic surgery practice with 2 locations in Los Angeles (Brentwood and Pasadena).

Requirements

  • Sales and/or sales management experience with a proven track record
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years’ experience supervising 10+ employees in a clinic or aesthetic setting
  • Successful history of building strong relationships with customers and/or patients
  • Solid computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid mathematic skills: ability to calculate figures and percentages; analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, self-starter, dynamic, team-oriented personality
  • Act with the highest level of integrity concerning staff, patients, etc.
  • Ability to respond to emergent or stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
