Role OverviewThe Practice Manager is accountable for the success of their practice, working in partnership with the doctor(s) and regional manager to ensure smooth and professional business operations. This position requires strong leadership skills to elevate staff, deliver exceptional care, and develop the practice as a whole.
What You Will Do
Conduct patient interaction assessments, staff performance assessments, and recognize staff through open lines of communication and coaching. Identify opportunities for practice growth, provide recommendations, and monitor effectiveness of efforts.

Requirements
- High school graduate
- Minimum of 1 year previous management experience required
