Role OverviewThe Practice Manager is accountable for the success of their practice, working in partnership with the doctor(s) and regional manager to ensure smooth and professional business operations. This position requires strong leadership skills with the ability to elevate staff, deliver exceptional care, and develop the practice as a whole.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include staff management, performance management, asset management, risk management, and financial management. The Practice Manager will also perform other duties as determined by the regional manager and doctor(s).

Requirements
- High school graduate
- Minimum of 1 year previous management experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in optometry is preferred
