Job Description
The Practice Manager is responsible for the daily, multidisciplinary operations across multiple clinics. They directly supervise a diverse team of Registration Clerks and oversee elements of clinical and/or support staff’s daily operations.

Requirements

  • Organizes, manages and coordinates work schedules and assignments to meet operational needs
  • Provides collaborative management of clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Assists in managing the patient experience by continuously improving and monitoring patient satisfaction
  • Actively participates in the delivery of quality services by providing ongoing training and development of staff
  • Communicates clinic services, programs and updates timely and clearly within the clinic, to staff, and/or by coordinating or representing CHC/SEK at local community efforts
