The Practice Strategy Leader drives the expansion and development of the Hospitality Practice across the country, identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Planning, Interior Design, Business Administration, or Information Management from an accredited University.
  • 15+ years relevant industry experience preferred, or equivalent in appropriate education and experience.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics within the architecture and design industry.
