Role OverviewThe Practice Supervisor (RN) leads daily clinic operations, supports staff, and improves patient care. This role involves hands-on leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving. The supervisor will work closely with the Practice Manager to reinforce workflows and support staff development.
What You Will Do
Lead and support daily clinic operations, provide real-time coaching and mentoring, help coordinate staffing assignments, and identify and resolve operational challenges. Approximately 40–50% of this role involves direct and indirect patient care responsibilities.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
