Role OverviewWe are hiring a Pre-K Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at our Woestina Elementary School location. The ideal candidate will love working with kids, be energetic, kind, and patient, and enjoy encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
What You Will Do
As a Pre-K Childcare Assistant, you will facilitate hands-on activities, provide a safe and healthy environment, and act as a positive role model for children in the program. You will also observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13
- required health clearance, including TB screening
- positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability
- physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
