Role OverviewWe are hiring a Pre-K Childcare Lead for our Before and After School Programs for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will work with children and help them learn through play and positive experiences.

The Pre-K Childcare Lead will be responsible for leading the Before and After School Programs, ensuring the program is engaging, safe, and fun for kids, and maintaining a well-stocked site with necessary supplies and materials.

Requirements
- 9 Credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field with a plan of study leading to Associates or other Office recognized credential (with 2 years of experience)
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field
- Child Development Associate Credential or another Office-recognized credential specific to the preschool developmental period (with 1 year of experience)
- Must be medically cleared to perform all job duties and free of communicable diseases, including tuberculosis (TB)
- Demonstrates a positive, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with children, parents, and team members
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in conduct and appearance
- Able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds, and meet the physical demands of working with children
